1850. 1850. Saint Petersburg, on the docks of the Mississipi. Tom Sawyer is a young teenager dreaming of freedom and glory. He is living with his brother Sid, at his aunt Polly. He is the king for truancy with his friend Huckleberry Finn.

However, one night at the graveyard, their life is about to change when they witness the murder of Robinson the undertaken, by Joe the Indian. This is what they found out instead of finding Murell’s treasure. Moreover, Muff Potter gets accused of the murder.

Tom and Huck are the one and only to know the identity of the true culprit, but they swore to each other not to say a word to anyone so that then can protect their lives. Tom, in a moral dilemma, convinces Huck to help him fin Murrel’s treasure before Joe the Indian so that he can prove Muff is not guilty.
